Delete Your Refina Account

This page explains how to delete your Refina account and all of the data associated with it. Refina is published by Trilogy Labs LLC, United States. It applies to the Refina app on both Google Play (com.trilogylabsllc.enhanceme) and the Apple App Store.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (fastest)

  1. Open Refina and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm, then confirm once more.

Your account and data are removed immediately. You may be asked to sign in again first — that is a security step to confirm it is really you.

Option 2 — Request deletion without the app

If you have already uninstalled Refina, or cannot sign in, email team@trilogy-labs.com from the email address on the account, with the subject "Refina account deletion request".

So we can find the right account, please include the email address or phone number you signed up with. We will confirm by replying to that same address, and we will never ask you for your password.

We action verified requests within 30 days, and in most cases within a few business days.

What gets deleted

Account record (email, name, sign-in identity) Deleted
Your uploaded photos, generated previews, and AI motion clips Deleted
Facial Dossier reports, their underlying analysis, and the facial measurements derived from your photos Deleted
AI advisor and dossier chat transcripts Deleted
Profile details (age, gender, ethnicity, focus areas) Deleted
Deleted files in cloud storage Removed from active storage immediately; recoverable by our storage provider for a short window (currently 7 days) before permanent destruction
Encrypted backups Purged on the normal backup cycle, within 180 days
Content reports you submitted about AI output Retained for safety and abuse handling. These contain your report text and an account identifier, but no photos or reports
Purchase and subscription records Retained up to 10 years where tax and accounting law requires it, kept separately from your profile

Your subscription is separate

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Google Play or Apple, not by us, so they must be cancelled where you bought them:

Cancel before deleting your account, otherwise billing continues.
